I’ve paid less for something like this before, so at first it didn’t seem too bad. But, you know, once all the extras started getting added on, the price went up fast. In the end, it just didn’t feel worth it to me.

I tried booking on flynas.com and the price seemed fine at first, but then extra charges kept popping up when I got close to payment. It feels misleading, because you think you know what you’re paying, and then suddenly the total changes. I just want to see the full price upfront before wasting my time. Not booking with them again.

"Cheap fare, but those baggage fees hurt"
I booked what looked like a good cheap ticket with flynas, so at first I was actually happy with it. Then by the time I got to checkout, the baggage fees showed up and they felt ridiculous. Maybe I should have checked more carefully, but it still didn’t feel super clear upfront. The flight booking was fine, I guess, but the extra charges really annoyed me. Not sure I’d use them again after that.

I reached out to online support and it took forever to get a response. When they finally replied, it was just generic copy-paste stuff that didn’t really answer my question. Every time I tried to clarify, it felt like they moved the goalposts instead of actually helping me fix the issue...

I feel misled by the whole refund process. I was told it would be handled quickly, but I’m still sitting here waiting with no clear update. It’s frustrating, and the lack of communication makes the experience feel even worse.

My flight ended up being delayed again, and the updates were vague the whole time. I had plans lined up after landing, so yeah, that all got messed up. i was trying to stay patient at first—no big deal, delays happen. But then suddenly I was just really frustrated because no one could give a clear answer on what was happening or when we’d actually leave.

I had a problem with my booking, so I submitted a complaint through Flynas. From my experience, the actual fix wasn’t the main issue, it was how long it took to get there. I had to follow up more than once before getting a proper response, which made it feel like no one was really tracking the case closely. They did eventually sort it out, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but when you need a clear answer quickly, the slow back-and-forth is really frustrating

I got to my seat and it looked like it had not been cleaned. There were crumbs on the seat the tray table was sticky and the floor looked like nobody had touched it before we boarded.

"Felt stuck waiting with no real updates"
My flynas flight kept getting delayed, and the departure time just kept changing without much clear information from anyone. I felt kind of trapped at the airport, not knowing if I should keep waiting, make new plans, or even what was actually going on. It threw off my whole schedule and made the trip way more stressful than it needed to be. I can deal with a short delay, but I really need better updates and a schedule I can trust.

"Booking on the site was honestly frustrating"
I tried booking a flight on flynas.com it was such a hassle. The pages were loading really slowly, some buttons just wouldn’t respond, and a couple of times I had to re-enter the same details after the page refreshed. The payment page also felt confusing — at first I thought maybe it went through, actually no, I wasn’t sure at all if the booking had worked. I ended up getting annoyed and gave up, then tried again later.

I had a really frustrating experience with flynas customer service. The issue with my flight wasnt even that complicated, but it felt like nobody knew what they were supposed to do.
I tried calling and messaging a few times, and I just kept getting passed from one person to another. I waited a long time and still never got a proper answer. Some of the replies felt like they were just copied and pasted, not like anyone actually looked into my problem.
In the end, I had to sort most of it out myself, which cost me both time and money. Im definitely going to avoid booking with them again if I have any other option.

The staff came across as rude and unprofessional, which made the whole visit more frustrating than it needed to be. I felt like I had to do extra work just to get basic help or straight answers, and that really shouldn’t be the customer’s job.

"This app is frustrating to..."
This app is frustrating to use. It kept freezing when I was trying to manage my booking, and I mean it just kept freezing over and over. Then the payment page took forever to load, which was annoying too. I waited, tried again, waited some more, and still had issues. In the end I just gave up and used the website instead. It’s not the worst app ever, but yeah, it really needs fixing.

"Heads up: cancelled flight with very little support"
Just a warning for anyone booking with flynas: my flight was cancelled and the notice came really late. I had to scramble to change my plans, and it became stressful since I already had a hotel booked and everything arranged.
Customer support didn’t make things much easier. I kept getting different answers about refunds and rebooking, and while they did offer another flight, the timing didn’t work well at all. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but the lack of clear updates was frustrating, so I’d be careful if your plans are time-sensitive.

"Check-in was such a hassle"
I tried checking in on flynas.com the night before my flight, and it just kept failing after I’d already entered all my details. No real error message or explanation, it would just kick me back to the start. I tried the app too and had the same problem. In the end I had to do it at the airport and stood in line forever. When I asked for help, the staff basically told me it was a system issue, but the way they said it made me feel like I was the one who didn’t understand what I was doing. It was really stressful and not helpful at all
"Seats Were Way Too Uncomfortable"
I flew with flynas recently, the seat was a big letdown. I blame whoever decided that legroom and padding weren’t important, because the space was so tight, the cushion felt hard, and my knees were practically against the seat in front of me the whole time.
It was only a few hours, but it felt much longer because I couldn’t relax at all. Maybe some people can deal with it, but for me, comfort matters, and this was uncomfortable enough that I wouldn’t really recommend flying with them

"Bag arrived late and damaged"
My bag showed up late, and when it finally arrived, it was broken. As someone who travels a lot and really depends on my luggage arriving in one piece, this was super frustrating. What made it worse was that nobody seemed willing to help or take responsibility...
